FAQ
We have collected frequently asked questions. Please refer to it before contacting us.
- The school name is different
- School information is based on public information from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. We update the information on this website accordingly, but since it takes time to update, the old name may still be displayed. If you notice any abnormal differences, please let us know by filling out the form.
- The nearest station to the school is wrong
- The nearest station to the school is calculated mechanically from the location information. It may differ from the actual nearest station because it cannot take into account bus operation status and road conditions. Also, it's hard to know school moves. In some cases, the nearest station before moving will continue to be displayed. If you notice any mistakes, please let us know using the input form below.
- My school is not showing up
- School data is updated irregularly using public information from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. It may take some time for new schools to appear. If it is not displayed even though a considerable amount of time has passed since its establishment, please let us know using the input form.
- Found broken link
- Since the URL of the school website changes frequently, broken links may occur. Also, the link may be temporarily broken due to server maintenance by the school. If it does not recover even after waiting for a while, or if the URL is clearly incorrect, please let us know using the input form below.
About the author
Ootaka no.24 : Male
I work as a systems engineer at a general company. This website began as a personal project when I was searching for schools for my child and thought, “It would be so helpful to see a list of schools organized by train line.” While there are many similar sites, this one intentionally limits the amount of information shown, focusing instead on clearly displaying the connection between stations and schools. I’ve also featured many uplifting and well-designed school websites—just browsing them can brighten your day.
Please take a look at the other sites I have created.
